Q: Why should I choose WallsnFalls for my snow plowing or snow removal?

A: Firstly, because we are a serious snow removal company.  This is not a hobby or just a side business in the winter.  We act professionally at all times and service our clients well.  We strive to meet your high expectations and exceed our competition in both service and integrity.

Q: Will WallsnFalls be able to handle my needs?

A: In all likelihood, yes.  But there are circumstances where we might not be the best fit for your situation and in that case we will tell you and possibly recommend another company.  We are a full service company so do not hesitate to call us.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: We are a professional snow removal company, so yes we have all the necessary insurance including general liability and workers compensation.  We primarily use our own equipment and drivers, but when we do use subcontractors, they are required to be properly insured as well.  You want to make sure the snow removal company you hire doesn’t cut corners on things like this or you might find yourself in a bad way if something goes wrong.

Q: How do you normally bill for snow removal?

A: Typically we bill by the hour based on the type of equipment being used at the time.  We feel this is the fairest method for all involved since you get billed only for the hours worked, no more and no less.  We can discuss other billing methods such as per season or per event.  Unfortunately, some companies take advantage of hourly billing and this scares some people away from this method.  Our philosophy is if we treat our clients in a professional, competent and honest manner, it will come back to us in renewed contracts and growth for the company.
